Обязанности:

We're a global Fintech company scaling fast across international markets.We're looking for someone who has a clear growth request toward a more senior TA / People leadership position but is comfortable being deep in execution right now, and is genuinely interested in AI and already using it in their own work. What you'll do Own and close key roles end-to-end — sourcing, assessment, offer, closing. You're the person hiring managers go to for hard-to-fill positions. Set up hiring streams: mass recruitment for affiliate, support and sales; targeted search for the rest. Improve quality and speed of hiring — reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, cut early attrition (probation and within the first year). Embed AI into sourcing, screening and assessment — pick tools, run experiments, scale what works. Coach recruiters and hiring managers — interview techniques, structured assessment, calibration. Raise the bar across the function. Run market and competitor analytics, with a focus on Asia and LATAM — where to source, what to pay, how to position. Develop EVP and employer brand together with the HR / marketing team. Forecast and plan hiring needs in line with company growth goals. Build basic TA reporting and use it to drive decisions. What you bring 5+ years of international recruiting experience, with a strong track record of closing roles yourself. Experience setting up mass hiring streams (sales / support / affiliate or similar high-volume functions). Proven results in improving hiring efficiency — concrete numbers on speed, cost, and attrition. Hands-on experience introducing AI tools into recruitment and assessment. Experience leading a small team (2–5 people). Business-oriented thinking: outcomes over activity. Advanced (C1+) English for working with international leaders and candidates.
