Technical Sales Support

Обязанности: Provide technical consultancy and support to Sales for contract closure Discuss and capture technical requirement and design solution for customers incl. ICT projects Proposal and solution presentation to customers, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) tests and documentation Response to RFP/RFI and bid management Take a leading role in post-Sales enterprise projects implementation and operation support Reviewing existing solutions/delivered projects in order to propose and implement standardization in regards to equipment configuration and/or work procedures/instructions Support Network Operations in case of enterprise customers solution technical issues Managed vendor and partner relationship Требования: University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline Minimum 3 years working experience in the data networking and IT industry, security, datacentre services, cloud Good product knowledge on SD-WAN, IPVPN, EVPN, Datacentre Services, Cloud, Security IPLC, Internet, IDC and other IP related services Professional qualification (e.g. CCNP, MCSE) will be an added advantage Fortinet equipment knowledge Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill in Russian and English languages Условия: Working schedule 5/2, standard office hours.
