Обязанности:
Специалист по коммуникациям/ Communication Specialist (contract position) Key responsibilities in corporate & internal communications: Plan and execute annual internal communication strategy and tactics (calendar) to deliver on global and local priorities, to build and strengthen AbbVie reputation in Russia & CIS; Manage current communication tools (e-mails, Intranet portal, office TVs, monthly news digest) and drive new creative ways of internal communications to support corporate culture development, communicating company’s priorities to employees by providing them with up-to-date information, business priorities and achievements, global and local messaging, brand guidelines and brand resources; Participate in organization of internal events (Cycle meetings, Townhalls, Disease awareness days, Culture day, Kid’s New Year etc.), CSR activities, contests, sports activities, culture activities, cross-functional internal events; Conduct surveys on internal communication\events; Management of company website Administrative support. Requirements: University degree or above (public relations, journalism or other communications related profile is a plus); Experience in international companies (communications/ public relations experience in healthcare/pharma/life science is a plus); Strong verbal and written communication; Excellent ability to self-proactiveness, self-organization, prioritization the tasks (the role is complex); The capability to flex communication style; Excellent ability to be open and approachable; Strong MS Office User; Fluent English. Reporting lines: Solid line to Public Affairs Director Russia & CIS.
