Руководитель представительства/Head of Representative Office

Position: Head of Representative Office / Regional Director (Vietnam / Southeast Asia) Обязанности: Handling administrative and organizational tasks for the representative office. Developing a comprehensive product promotion strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing the competitive landscape. Overseeing the contract manufacturing of company‑branded products. Managing the local team and monitoring the representative office’s key performance indicators (KPIs). Supervising logistics, supply chain, and product distribution. Coordinating with the head office on budget planning, development strategy, and regular reporting. Establishing effective working relationships with local contractors and partners. Требования: Mandatory: Experience in the FMCG sector (food industry experience is an advantage). Experience in retail and network retail sales management roles; understanding of marketing and logistics processes. Proven track record of successful negotiations; English proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate (B2) level or higher. Ability to adapt quickly to new conditions and make decisions amidst uncertainty. Higher education degree in Finance, Logistics, or Marketing. Relocation and permanent residence in Vietnam. Regular business trips to the headquarters in Russia. High energy and a proactive mindset. Experience in managing projects or cross‑cultural teams and launching new business lines is a plus.Additionally: Experience in working at Asian markets (especially Vietnam). Understanding of local business culture and the specifics of interacting with Vietnamese partners. Experience in launching a brand in international markets. Условия: Official employment.
