The RoleYou will own the architecture and delivery of Humanoid's internal AI ecosystem, working closelywith company leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.Your mission is to transform fragmented company knowledge, meetings, tasks, and operationalprocesses into a scalable AI-powered platform that provides actionable insights, automatesworkflows, and enables better decision-making across the organization.This is a highly hands-on role. You will not only define architecture and technical standards butalso personally build the most critical and high-risk components while leading and mentoring anAI Engineer. What You’ll DoRequirements Discovery & Business Alignment● Partner with the CEO and department leaders to identify high-value AI use cases.● Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements.● Translate operational challenges into measurable AI solutions.● Define acceptance criteria and success metrics for every initiative.AI Platform Architecture● Design the architecture for Humanoid's internal AI systems and automation platform.● Define agent architecture, orchestration patterns, memory systems, retrieval pipelines,and human-in-the-loop workflows.● Build scalable and maintainable AI solutions following pragmatic MVP principles. ● Ensure solutions remain simple, reliable, and aligned with business needs.Data & Knowledge Systems● Design company-wide knowledge and retrieval systems.● Build and optimize RAG and hybrid-search architectures.● Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data sources, including: Slack,Atlassian/Jira, Meeting transcripts, Internal documentation, Team directories, CorporatedatabasesEngineering & Delivery● Personally implement the most complex and business-critical components.● Establish engineering standards, code quality expectations, and testing practices.● Review and validate the work of the AI Engineer.● Define measurable quality benchmarks for extraction, retrieval, and agent performance.Enterprise Integration● Collaborate with internal engineering teams on technology stack and infrastructure,system access and permissions, security and compliance requirements, SSO, internalplatforms, and enterprise servicesAPI & Contract Design● Define and maintain APIs and MCP-based interfaces between systems.● Ensure clear ownership boundaries between domains.● Enable secure access to company data through well-defined contracts rather than dataduplication.What We’re Looking For● 5+ years of experience designing and delivering production-grade software systems.● Proven experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered products used by real users.● Strong experience with multi-agent systems and AI orchestration frameworks.● Deep understanding of RAG architectures, Vector databases, Hybrid search, Knowledgemanagement systems, LLM evaluation and quality measurement● Experience integrating AI systems into enterprise environments.● Strong software engineering background with the ability to personally write productioncode.● Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.● Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.● Fluent English communication skills. Мы ищем опытного Архитектора AI-решений (AI Solutions Architect), который возглавит проектирование и внедрение корпоративных AI-систем и инфраструктуры автоматизации. О роли Вы будете отвечать за архитектуру и реализацию внутренней AI-экосистемы Humanoid, тесно взаимодействуя с руководством компании, инженерными командами и бизнес-подразделениями. Ваша задача — превратить разрозненные корпоративные знания, встречи, задачи и операционные процессы в масштабируемую AI-платформу, которая будет предоставлять полезную аналитику, автоматизировать рабочие процессы и помогать принимать более эффективные решения на всех уровнях организации. Это высоко практическая роль. Вам предстоит не только определять архитектуру и технические стандарты, но и лично разрабатывать наиболее важные и сложные компоненты системы, а также руководить и наставлять AI-инженера. Основные обязанности Сбор требований и взаимодействие с бизнесом Совместно с CEO и руководителями подразделений выявлять наиболее ценные сценарии применения AI. Собирать, структурировать и приоритизировать бизнес-требования. Преобразовывать операционные задачи и проблемы в измеримые AI-решения. Определять критерии приемки и показатели успеха для каждой инициативы. Архитектура AI-платформы Проектировать архитектуру внутренних AI-систем и платформы автоматизации Humanoid. Определять архитектуру AI-агентов, механизмы оркестрации, системы памяти, поисковые и retrieval-конвейеры, а также процессы Human-in-the-Loop. Разрабатывать масштабируемые и поддерживаемые AI-решения, придерживаясь принципов прагматичного MVP. Обеспечивать простоту, надежность и соответствие решений бизнес-потребностям. Системы данных и управления знаниями Проектировать корпоративные системы управления знаниями и поиска информации. Разрабатывать и оптимизировать архитектуры RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) и гибридного поиска. Интегрировать структурированные и неструктурированные источники данных компании, включая: Slack Atlassian/Jira Транскрипты встреч Внутреннюю документацию Корпоративные справочники сотрудников Внутренние базы данных Разработка и внедрение Лично реализовывать наиболее сложные и критически важные для бизнеса компоненты. Формировать инженерные стандарты, требования к качеству кода и процессам тестирования. Проводить ревью и валидацию работы AI-инженера. Определять измеримые показатели качества извлечения данных, поиска информации и работы AI-агентов. Интеграция с корпоративной инфраструктурой Сотрудничать с внутренними инженерными командами по вопросам: технологического стека и инфраструктуры; доступа к системам и управления разрешениями; информационной безопасности и соответствия требованиям; SSO (единой авторизации); внутренних платформ и корпоративных сервисов. Проектирование API и контрактов взаимодействия Разрабатывать и поддерживать API и интерфейсы на основе MCP. Обеспечивать четкое разделение зон ответственности между системами. Организовывать безопасный доступ к корпоративным данным через четко определенные контракты вместо дублирования данных. Требования Более 5 лет опыта проектирования и разработки промышленных программных систем. Подтвержденный опыт создания и внедрения продуктов на базе AI/LLM, используемых реальными пользователями. Опыт работы с мультиагентными системами и фреймворками оркестрации AI. Глубокое понимание: RAG-архитектур; векторных баз данных; гибридного поиска.Похожие вакансии
