Обязанности:
Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of new models of vehicles and derivative versions, from concept to production. Own overall vehicle system integration Plan, direct, and control engineering activities to ensure products meet program targets for timing, cost, quality, and performance. Manage engineering deliverables across the product development process (PDP) and ensure alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and engineering service partners. Oversee preparation and release of engineering documentation to support tooling, sourcing, validation, and production launch. Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and market requirements. Manage engineering resources, program budgets, and team workload to achieve project milestones. Lead design reviews, program reviews, and technical discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Coach and develop engineering team members and support recruitment of technical talent. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: 15+ years of engineering experience in automotive with experience of vehicle launch Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of combustion engine vehicles design (EV knowledge including battery packs, motors, controllers, and vehicle electronics is advantage) Leadership: 8–10 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional engineering teams and vehicle development programs. Development Lifecycle: Proven experience delivering products through the complete development lifecycle (concept → validation → production launch). Regulations: Familiarity with homologation requirements is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced development environments. Language skills: Fluency in English or Chinese languages.
