Обязанности:
Job Responsibilities Accounting Management: Responsible for full-cycle accounting of the Russian subsidiary, reviewing all accounting entries, supervising month-end/year-end closing, ensuring accounting quality. Dual-standard Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ annual RAS financial statements (BS/PL/CF) to meet local tax and statistical reporting requirements; simultaneously prepare CAS financial statements for group consolidation; prepare CAS-RAS reconciliation schedules. Tax Management: Responsible for calculation, filing and payment of corporate income tax, VAT, property tax, personal income tax and social security contributions; manage transfer pricing compliance; handle tax audits. Receivables, Payables and Asset Management: Supervise accounts receivable/payable management, organize inventory and fixed asset counts, review inventory impairment provisions. Audit Coordination: Lead group internal audit and Russian statutory audit coordination, explain accounting treatments, follow up on recommendations. Internal Control and Policy Development: Review financial management policies and SOPs, supervise internal control processes. Team Management: Coordinate daily work of the Russian accounting team, coach subordinates and enhance professional skills, assist in training Russian employees. IT Systems: Participate in 1C system optimization and deployment of automated CAS reporting functions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related field. Work Experience: 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role; automotive or manufacturing industry experience preferred. Dual-standard Expertise: Proficient in RAS and familiar with Chinese Accounting Standards (CAS), basic knowledge of differences and reconciliation logic. Tax Expertise: Solid knowledge of Russian tax laws and filing procedures; experience with transfer pricing and tax audits. Language Skills: Fluent Russian (able to communicate directly with tax authorities, banks, auditors); English as a working language preferred. Software Skills: Proficient in 1C Accounting System. Personal Attributes: High integrity, detail-oriented, strong cross-cultural communication and team management skills. Conditions: Official employment according to the labour code of the RF.
