Responsibilities: full executive responsibility for global product management of 4 brands; jverseeing strategic direction and operational excellence across Russian markets; lead 15+ team members; aligning product development strategies with global corporate objectives; managing product portfolio of 300+ SKUs, overseeing lifecycle, NPI, and rationalization based on data-driven market insights; define and execute 4 category strategies, driving innovation, market differentiation and profitable growth; directed go-to-market and expansion strategies; ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency; pricing; delivering insight-led product innovation, leveraging deep market research and consumer understanding to guide development priorities; improving category profitability through financial performance analysis, taking corrective actions aligned with key business KPIs; drove seamless cross-functional collaboration across sales, brand, R&D, finance, and operations, ensuring end-to-end alignment and strategic execution.
