MotherRetreat is a premium doula agency supporting families during one of the most sensitive periods of their lives. We are looking for a highly organized, operationally strong, detail-oriented person who can manage multiple moving parts without losing priorities, deadlines, or accuracy. This is NOT a passive VA role. You must be able to manage priorities, deadlines, multiple active tasks, and urgent situations without losing organization or follow-through. Responsibilities:• Client communication and follow-up• Sending contracts and invoices• Tracking payments• Scheduling and doula coordination• CRM and task management• Managing operational deadlines• Escalating critical situations appropriately Critical performance expectations:• Hot lead response: under 5–10 min• Contract sent after client approval: under 1 hour• No missed critical tasks• Strong follow-through and organization• Accurate CRM/task updates You must:• stay calm under pressure• prioritize correctly• handle multiple workflows simultaneously• communicate professionally• take ownership instead of waiting for instructions This role is NOT a fit for someone who:• forgets deadlines• struggles with prioritization• gets overwhelmed easily• needs constant supervision• misses follow-ups Условия Формат: удалённо. График: по часовому поясу Майами (ET, UTC−5), Есть варианты: 6/1 или 5/2; вечерние/ночные смены ok; смены 6–8 часов.
