We deal with solving talent challenges by offering recruitment, outstaffing, and custom development services. We are looking for self-motivated, initiative, and ambitious recruiter to join our international team. We seek talented professionals with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees around the world. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to improve people's lives this is the job for you. What you will be doing: Managing the complete recruitment cycle of filling a vacancy: from project briefing to candidate's onboarding Working with IT and non-IT positions Screening and evaluating applicants, selecting qualified specialists on various platforms, and implementing effective recruiting methods and strategies Arranging and conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods Preparing summaries based on the results of the candidate assessment. Accompanying candidates through all stages of the recruitment process Negotiating the offer terms Preparing analytics based on screening results What we expect from you: 1+ year of experience in recruitment Experience in international recruitment will be an advantage Understanding and practical experience how to find candidates in different countries Upper-Intermediate or advanced English, both written and verbal skills are required Practical experience with different recruitment channels Strong communication skills, effective negotiation, and persuasion skills Readiness to work in a fast-paced environment We Offer: Fixed salary + bonuses Flexible work schedule from Monday through Friday Interesting and diverse projects around the world with large, well-known clients A transparent system of motivation and career growth within the company A startup spirit and a culture of continuous development We would be very pleased if in the cover letter, you would write the answers to the following questions: What is your location?
