Responsibilities: Support agents with booking-related queries and special requests Track, issue, and manage hotel confirmation numbers as required Process and manage booking amendments Manage reconfirmations with suppliers where required Provide on-the-spot troubleshooting for bookings Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve booking issues Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B online global hotel booking operations Hands-on experience with global hotel booking systems or bedbanks (e.g. Hotelbeds, Ratehawk, Dida, or similar) is highly preferred Strong ability to prioritize tasks and handle urgent booking situations efficiently Strong organisational and time management skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated, dependable, and customer-service oriented Ability to work flexible hours where requiredПохожие вакансии
