This is an exciting opportunity to start your career at Kaspersky, the global cybersecurity leader. We are searching for open-minded, proactive student on the intern position. We need support with operational & creative work in Global Marketing team on Global and Regional levels.This person should have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent knowledge of MS office package, and fluent English. Main responsibilities: Work closely with Manager for daily communications (reactive and proactive).Make execution of all marketing campaigns (for channels & content: TV, event, outdoor, off-air, digital campaigns). Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver creative and effective marketing executions. Updating On-Air, Scheduling and Keeping teams in the loop to make sure that everything is going in line with the marketing strategy and certain project plan. Manage & update the list of marketing activities and calendar. Support senior managers with a variety of duties and projects as directed Support special marketing projects as directed Manage awareness of the Global Initiatives & Projects of all users through structuring information on shared spaces, providing materials, trainings, Q&A. Give operational support to all planning users in frames of marketing planning process Assist the manager with extracts from the systems, global meetings coordination, communication within all marketers team Prepare analytical briefs based on data from the systems - present a short summaries of the reports Requirements: You can work at least 30 - 35 hours a week (preferably between 10:00-18:30) Advanced user of MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel - VLOOKUP and PIVOT tables, filtering, grouping/regrouping and etc. Understanding how the main marketing solutions are working (MARKETO, Bitrix24) English – fluent, both speaking and writing (communication with people from all over the world) Good with systems, graphs and basic level of data analysis Very detail-oriented, be ready to work with big data, staying focused Ability to express your ideas clearly and in a structured way (both oral and writing) Well-organized, able to meet deadlines Positive, optimistic, responsible, easy-going person with no communicative barrier Conditions: Official registration in the staff of Kaspersky Lab under a fixed-term labor contract Assistance in registration of all necessary documents, including those related to industrial practice. We can cooperate until graduation or until an alternative more favorable offer from our side Paid internship, to the salary is added compensation for meals and non-material bonuses Work on real tasks on actual projects under the guidance of Laboratory specialists.
