EchoTrade is a B2B service company specializing in high-frequency trading (HFT) solutions tailored to ensure stability, optimize market efficiency. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our growing team. What Are We Looking For: -A degree in Law or a relevant legal background -Previous experience in a Legal Assistant, Legal Administrator or similar role -Strong written and verbal English communication skills -Experience in drafting, reviewing and amending legal documents and agreements -Excellent attention to details and strong organizational skills -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion-Proactive, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks independently -Experience or a good understanding of cryptocurrency and Web3 industry will be a significant advantage Key Responsibilities: -Prepare, review and maintain contracts, agreements and other legal documentation -Coordinate the contract execution process, including preparing and sending documents via DocuSign -Assist with reviewing and making amendments to contracts in line with internal requirements -Ensure legal documents are properly organized, updated and stored -Provide general administrative and legal support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations -Assist with other legal and documentation-related tasks as required What We Offer: -An opportunity to grow professionally in the fast-paced cryptocurrency and Web3 industry -A supportive and collaborative team environment -Opportunities for professional growth and learning from industry experts -Fully remote work, allowing you to work from anywhereПохожие вакансии
