Our client is a top-tier marketing agency, currently looking for an Chief Operating Officer. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of operational strategy. Preparation and scaling of processes aimed at growth. Building and optimization of internal agency processes. Focus on increasing productivity, optimizing labor costs, and resource management. Operational support for current key clients. Development of new clients, establishing joint workflows. Ensuring effective interaction between internal teams, as well as external partners. Budgeting and financial planning. In-depth analysis of key operational and financial metrics (P&L, project margins), development and implementation of action plans for their improvement. Requirements: Successful experience in leadership positions (COO, Operations Director, Head of Operations) in 360 advertising agencies. Deep understanding of the economics and business model of an advertising agency. Ability to calculate project costs, identify "bottlenecks", and manage costs. Proven track record in previous roles (revenue growth, successful team scaling, implementation of systems that tangibly saved resources and increased profitability). Excellent skills in budgeting, financial planning, and process management. English: Upper-Intermediate and above. Systems thinking, high level of empathy, results-oriented mindset.Похожие вакансии
