Обязанности:
Responsibilities: - Conduct research on international tax law (corporate and personal tax). - Lead various tax projects independently or under the supervision of the tax director. - Advise Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) or top management on international tax matters. - Structure investments in multiple countries. - Assist in preparing and submitting personal tax returns, coordinating with local service providers where necessary. - Coordinate with tax advisors in different jurisdictions. - Support the tax director in tax-related projects and initiatives. - Prepare written advice on international tax matters in both Russian and English. - Develop marketing materials and participate in client webinars. Requirements: - Higher education in economics or law. - Not less than 3-4 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably with Big4 firms or law firms; experience in a family office or similar structure is advantageous. - Good understanding of corporate taxation and taxation of individuals worldwide. - Experience in dealing with international tax issues. - Understanding of basic accounting principles and ability to work with financial information. - Participation in complex projects involving different areas of expertise (tax, legal, financial). - Experience with various jurisdictions such as Cyprus, Luxembourg, Portugal, UAE, etc. - Fluent written and spoken English and Russian languages. - Ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of information. - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
