The Role Our client, a well-known FMCG company with iconic brands, is looking for a Senior In-Store Excellence Manager to lead in-store visibility and merchandising strategy across its categories. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Development and managing a team of two, the successful candidate will drive the end-to-end in-store excellence process (from strategy and planning through to execution) working closely with Category Management, Trade Marketing, BI, Sales, and Execution teams. Develop the strategy for increasing retail visibility across the company's categories, in line with business objectives. Lead the cross-functional in-store excellence process, working closely with Category Management, Trade Marketing, BI, Sales, and Execution teams. Develop the annual point-of-sale visibility plan by category and product, setting goals for the Sales and Execution teams and monitoring execution via external resources and IR. Develop in-store equipment for different retail locations, managing quantity and efficiency (ROI) in line with budget. Lead the pre-packs tool. Develop branded POSM in line with the annual Activity Grid to support the core range and NPDs. Lead ad-hoc projects (cross-placement, SSCO equipment, etc.). Conduct regular assessments of in-store presence versus category and competitors, identifying effective tools to increase sales in partnership with agencies and IR. Analyze trade space changes and retail needs, proposing and implementing new business solutions. Study best practices from Russian and international markets on visibility and equipment. Manage the visibility budget and related document flow. Manage a team of two people. The Candidate University degree, preferably in Marketing or Sales. Experience in team management and cross-functional management within Sales/Trade Marketing, including managing retail equipment from the manufacturer's side with target-setting for in-store representation.
