Our customer support operations are managed from Istanbul, Turkey, and we are looking for an English Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries in English via email, live chat, social media, and other support channels. This role includes supporting customers with orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, product questions, and general customer service requests.
