Responsibilities: Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and support achievement of business objectives. Analyze business gaps and performance issues, and align L&D solutions with business goals. Measure and report the impact of learning initiatives using key performance indicators. Lead the Learning & Development team and contribute to functional leadership. Develop the L&D strategy and annual L&D plans. Support organizational development initiatives, including team effectiveness, leadership development, focus groups, and change management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders. Source, design, develop, and deliver learning solutions aligned with customer needs. Manage core L&D operations, processes, and staff. Facilitate training sessions, meetings, and process improvement initiatives. Provide consulting support to HR and people managers on key L&D strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Degree in Organization Development or Talent Management preferred. 5–10 years of experience in people management and process development. Experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management required. Strong presentation, communication, and executive presence skills. Facilitation skills, including managing group dynamics and questioning techniques, preferred. Experience managing complex, affiliate-level projects. Experience leading and managing teams. Financial and vendor management experience required. Organization development, change management, or performance improvement experience is a plus.Похожие вакансии
