Обязанности:
Медный проект Баимская – крупнейший проект в сфере цветных металлов на постсоветском пространстве и значимый проект государственного масштаба, реализуемый в Чукотском автономном округе, с головным офисом в Москве. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or similar stream. At least 4 – 5 years of experience in a similar position as Buyer or Procurement Specialist preferably all in Mining / Heavy Industry/ Construction. Knowledge of the database of Russian suppliers and contacts. English language skills — sufficient level for business verbal and written communication. Basic knowledge of Major Suppliers (International & Regional) of materials & engineering. equipment used for mining projects / processing plants / heavy industries. Knowledge of the region through experience working with other cultures and people. High ethical and professional standards of business conduct. Knowledge of 1С is preferred but not mandatory. Advanced knowledge of office MS-programs (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing and procurement of goods using acceptable procurement practices in a timely manner from the open market. Gathering of information about possible goods suppliers and service providers. Carrying out market researches on the goods suppliers and service providers. Conduction of comparative analysis of the bids. Organization of technical evaluation of the bids. Organization of commercial evaluation of the bids. Reviewing and negotiating procurement/contractual terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy and achieving the best value. Maintenance of appropriate records and files. Updating department tracking logs and registers. Liaison with other departments to determine requirements and obtain specifications on goods to be procured. Applying Procurement performance metrics in support of the overall Procurement strategy. Evaluation of improvement opportunities; Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations and anti-corruption policy.
