Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Corporate work (charters, resolutions, boards of directors, etc.). Contract work (review, negotiation, development of standard templates: supply, services, contracting, and others). Litigation and claims work (representing both plaintiff and defendant, general jurisdiction). Support during inspections by government authorities, contesting decisions issued as a result of inspections. Providing legal advice on all business-related matters to various departments (procurement, sales, etc.). Interaction with other departments on a variety of issues. Participation in the regulation and standardization of all processes related to legal support. Support of intellectual property matters. Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in international trading companies. English - at least B2 level (oral and written) Knowledge of legislation and practical experience applying it in relevant areas. Ability to quickly navigate new fields and areas of work. High level of independence and self-management. Analytical mindset, ability to process large volumes of information and identify key points. Ability to work in a multitasking environment. Ability/experience in building cross-functional collaboration. Business-oriented approach. Strong computer skills (advanced user): Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint required. Knowledge of industry (medical equipment, healthcare) specifics is an advantage.
