We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Supervisor to join our team and manage customer support operations for the West Africa. You will lead and inspire a team of agents, maintain high service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes. Responsibilities: Managing a group of remote customer support specialists Organising the team’s work effectively to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) Assisting with the training and onboarding of new employees Providing informational and consultative mentorship to team members Supporting and motivating operators within the team to increase productivity Monitoring the quality and efficiency of the team’s employees Requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in Customer Support Experience working with remote CS employees will be considered an advantage Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team and improve processes Ability to analyse large volumes of information Language proficiency: Fluent in English English & French; native in Arabic We offer: Fully remote work environment Strong opportunities for professional growth and development Competitive and stable salary Collaborative international teamПохожие вакансии
