We are currently seeking a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our team within the fintech and payments sector. Requirements:• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within fintech, payments, or high-risk industries• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills• Experience working with CRM systems and managing structured sales pipelines• High level of organization, proactivity, and results orientation• Fluency in English• An established network of relevant industry contacts will be considered an advantage Key Responsibilities:• Identify, approach, and onboard new merchants, with a primary focus on expanding merchant traffic across Europe• Conduct negotiations, deliver presentations, and prepare commercial proposals• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to onboarding• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and technical teams to ensure seamless client integration• Achieve defined sales targets and KPIs• Operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with short onboarding cycles If you meet the above criteria and are interested in contributing to a growing organization in the fintech space, we encourage you to apply or get in touch for further information.Похожие вакансии
