Обязанности:

Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Proactively identify and generate new client leads across the assigned region in Turkey or Turkmenistan or Iraq. Conduct active sales of our core product range, including Particleboard (Chipboard/DSP), MDF, Plywood, and Flooring. Client Relationship Management: Lead commercial negotiations, close deals, and manage the full contract lifecycle with new and existing clients. Contract & Documentation Management: Prepare and execute client agreements, maintain all necessary client documentation, and ensure strict adherence to contractual terms. Supply Chain & Financial Oversight: Monitor order fulfillment and track client payments, ensuring a smooth operational flow. Market Analysis: Perform ongoing market monitoring and analysis to identify trends and new opportunities. Performance & Reporting: Take full ownership for achieving sales targets and provide regular, structured performance reports. Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the wood-based panels industry (Particleboard, MDF, Plywood). Readiness for frequent business travel within local country and potentially to other regional locations. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
