Your Impact Automation and AI: Identifying processes for automation; Implementing automation tools (no-code / low-code / scripts); Using AI tools to improve efficiency; Assisting other departments in using AI and automation. Data and Hypothesis Work: Identifying business areas lacking sufficient analytics; Defining data requirements; Formulating and testing hypotheses; Analyzing results and developing recommendations. Marketing and GTM Analytics: Analyzing unit economics and acquisition channels; Analyzing new markets and business directions; Supporting go-to-market (GTM) decisions; Analyzing competitors and the market landscape. Business Analysis and Optimization: Immersing oneself in the company’s business processes; Digitizing processes and metrics; Identification of areas of inefficiency; Development of optimization proposals; Participation in the implementation of changes. Collaboration with the business: Working with management and teams; Gathering analytics requirements; Translating business requests into analytical tasks; Communicating findings and recommendations. What You Bring At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or marketing analytics; Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes; Experience working with OpenAI API, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar tools; Real-world case studies of AI/automation implementation; Experience working with Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python and BI tools.
