Бухгалтер - Senior Accountant (Türkiye | Turkish language required)

We are an international trading group operating in the steel and rolled metal products sector, with a global footprint across 70+ countries. As part of strengthening our finance function in Türkiye, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of accounting, tax compliance, and reporting processes. Обязанности: • Manage end-to-end accounting processes in Türkiye, including payroll and statutory reporting• Ensure compliance with Turkish accounting and tax regulations• Coordinate with outsourced accounting providers and ensure accuracy of financial data• Handle VAT processes, including refunds and reporting• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable• Perform reconciliations with counterparties and regulatory authorities• Support month-end and year-end closing processes• Participate in inventory controls and cost monitoring• Review contracts from an accounting and tax perspective• Ensure compliance of transactions with local legislation and internal policies• Support external and tax audits Требования: • 5–8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles• Strong knowledge of Turkish accounting, tax, and regulatory environment• Experience with IFRS is a plus• SMMM certification is a strong advantage• Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail• Advanced Excel skills• Fluency in Turkish and English is required• Willingness to travel occasionally Условия: • Competitive salary aligned with market benchmarks• Opportunity to work in a fast-growing international business• Direct exposure to senior management and decision-making processes• International working environment• Private health insurance• Professional growth and development opportunities
