Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Coordinating the creation and maintenance of policies, SOPs and other quality documentation; People management (team leading, motivation, support and training of staff); Сordinating of mandatory external trainings, including in the field of quality; Сordinating of internal trainings on applicable legislation and relevant standards; Organization and conduct of internal and customer audits; Сordinating of audits of subcontractors/ suppliers; Development and implementation of DR and CAPA; Coordination and implementation of validation programs; Сordinating of the client’s questionnaire completion. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Higher education; At least 5 years of experience in field of quality of pharmaceutical distribution or manufacturing; Expertise in QA; Additional certification in auditing and related fields; Experience in management and team development; Fluent English; Excellent presentation skills, experience in participating in webinars, speaking at conferences.
