Обязанности:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES: Personal Data (DPO Functions):• Monitor compliance with Russian personal data legislation; review data subject requests; identify personal data subject to destruction or blocking and assist in these processes.• Act as the contact person (DPO) in the Roskomnadzor register.• Prepare all necessary documentation in accordance with personal data legislation.Compliance & Local Regulations:• Ensure compliance with the Company's local regulations.• Inform employees about requirements and local guidelines, including tenders, contract management, and procurement.• Prepare and submit notifications on various local and legal matters.• Maintain control logs and conduct employee instructions / trainings on compliance matters and internal systems.• Develop and improve local regulations, including drafting local policies, consents, and internal acts.• Participate in other projects if desired (the scope of this role may be expanded to include the functions of the person responsible for fire safety).Document & Operational Flow: • Collaborate with colleagues from HQ on matters related to compliance and documentation.• Collect and consolidate information from various departments for reporting and compliance purposes.• Prepare presentations and reports for management on compliance activities, document flow status, and administrative matters. Requirements: Higher legal education (Master's degree / Specialist diploma) English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) — ability to read and understand contracts, correspond with foreign counterparties, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues. Civil Law, IP Law. Personal Data Legislation (152-FZ). Hands-on experience with drafting and reviewing contracts. Willingness to handle routine technical tasks (archiving, notary visits, vendor onboarding). Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and legal databases (Consultant+, Garant). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work in a multicultural environment, proactive.Похожие вакансии
