Responsibilities: Identify, attract, and onboard new partners by effectively presenting company offerings Manage partner registration processes and ensure smooth onboarding Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to maximize results Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic objectives and market growth Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards Requirements: Proven experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or partner management (mandatory) Strong ability to attract, negotiate with, and retain partners Solid understanding of market dynamics, platforms, and customer behavior Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure High level of discipline, punctuality, and professionalism Demonstrated commitment, responsibility, and strong work ethic Language Requirements (Mandatory): Spanish at a native level English or Russian for internal communications Benefits and Perks: A felxible 5/2 work schedule with an 8-hour workday.
