The company is engaged in automating business processes through AI (calls from smart robots, informing clients, confirming appointments, solutions for mass recruitment, and a separate solution for iGaming). We increase the efficiency of communications with clients using AI technologies. We’re looking for a recruiter with 1+ year of experience. There will both technical and non-technical roles in Kazakhstan, CIS region, as well as in Asia, LatAm and Europe. Requirements: At least 1 year of recruitment experience Understanding of recruitment pipelines and metrics Proficiency in English is required Experience in hiring for IT roles is preferred but not necessary What We Offer: Flexible schedule Option to work remotely from anywhere or from our office in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
