IT Manager

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: This role has exposure to a wide variety of technologies (network, endpoint, server, cloud, etc.) You will work closely with colleagues from all aspects of our business, from operations to management In this senior role you will lead ICT Infrastructure projects in Russia You need to manage the local IT team of 2 colleagues You are responsible for managing local operational budgets and leasing contracts You will manage relationships with local ICT vendors You will provide second line support to our first line teams and execute a variety of on-site and hands-on IT tasks in the different sites across the country including: Collaborating with key stakeholders in the business on supporting the growing business environment Conducting on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex ICT issues across diverse business profiles Installing & maintaining network, server and storage infrastructure Deploying and maintain a wide variety of endpoint devices such as PCs, videoconferencing equipment, warehouse management equipment, mobile devices etc. You are supported by a team of 3rd line specialists and architects with deep understanding of their technologies Who are we looking for? You have 5 years of relevant experience in IT support You have 2 years of relevant experience in team management You are passionate about IT and technology in general You have great interpersonal skills and enjoy helping others You have a broad knowledge of corporate IT solutions You are fluent in Russian and have good English Familiarity with one or more of the following solutions is considered an advantage: Windows server & endpoint; Microsoft M365; Exchange Online; Intune; AD & Entra; Cisco; HP servers & storage solutions; Checkpoint; VMware; VEEAM backup; Crowdstrike EDR; Rapid7 XDR; Problem and incident management using a ticketing system What we offer: You join a rapidly growing international leader with a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship, offering you the freedom to make an impact.
