Primary duties: In-depth financial and market research Analyzing company financials, and evaluating potential investment opportunities Assist in developing investment strategies Perform due diligence Support M&A deal execution including transaction structuring and negotiations Prepare investment memorandums, client presentations, and marketing materials Requirements: Master’s degree in Finance M&A experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Experience in project management Fluent English is a must Good presentation skills Good knowledge and accurate understanding of relevant theory: financial management, corporate finance, strategic management, investment valuation, accounting Ability to meet tough deadlines Eager to learn and result oriented with ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude Remuneration package discussed upon results of the interview and basic tests.
