About PayAlphaPayAlpha is a growing payment company providing processing solutions for high-risk merchants worldwide. We are expanding our local payment infrastructure across Latin America to ensure reliable and scalable operations. Role OverviewWe are looking for a Channel Manager to grow our payment network in Latin America, focusing on Argentina, Peru, Colombia, and other emerging markets. You will identify new payment channels, manage integrations, and maintain strong partner relationships. Key Responsibilities• Source and onboard local payment providers, banks, and PSPs;• Expand payment coverage across LATAM;• Manage partner lifecycle (outreach → integration → maintenance);• Coordinate integrations with technical teams;• Ensure stable processing and resolve issues quickly;• Monitor performance and market trends. Requirements• 3+ years in payments, fintech, or partnerships;• Strong knowledge of LATAM payments;• Experience with high-risk industries preferred;• Integration and partnership experience;• Strong negotiation and communication skills;• Fluent English. Nice to Have• Existing LATAM partner network;• Spanish, Portuguese, or Russian;• Experience in cross-border payments or iGaming.
