About VillaCarte Group VillaCarte Group is an international real estate and hospitality group operating since 2012, focused on premium developments in Phuket, Thailand. Our portfolio includes:Layan Green Park, Layan Verde, La Vista Villas, VillaCarte Agency, Sabai (proptech), and La Green Hotel. We are expanding globally and looking for a PR & Partnerships professional who can drive brand authority and attract qualified international investors. Role Overview This role sits at the intersection of PR, influencer marketing, and strategic partnerships, with a strong focus on driving qualified investor traffic and brand credibility across international markets. You will be responsible not only for media exposure, but for turning visibility into measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Media & Brand Authority Build and manage an international media network (property, luxury, travel, investment) Secure consistent editorial coverage in tier publications Develop press releases, media kits, and long-form storytelling content Manage PR around launches, events, and milestones 2. Influencer Marketing (Performance-driven) Build and manage a portfolio of global influencers Execute structured influencer campaigns across key regions Organize site visits and collaborations Track performance and link campaigns to inquiries and leads 3. Strategic Partnerships Develop partnerships with premium ecosystem players (marinas, airports, schools, lifestyle brands) Launch co-branded campaigns and traffic-driving initiatives Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors 4. Performance Tracking Track leads generated from PR, influencer, and partnerships channels Analyze traffic quality and conversion impact Deliver quarterly reports with strategic insights Requirements Proven experience in PR, communications, or influencer marketing in luxury, real estate, or hospitality Experience working with international markets (Europe, USA, UAE, Asia) Strong network in media and/or influencer ecosystem Understanding of PR as a business and demand generation tool Excellent English (Russian is a plus) Strong writing and storytelling skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Commercial mindset and performance orientation What We’re Looking For Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills Strong communicator comfortable working with HNW/UHNW audiences Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality Ability to connect brand storytelling with sales outcomes Important We consider applications only with portfolio (media placements, campaigns, influencer collaborations).
