We currently operate in Europe, central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East and LatAm. We don't plan on stopping there. We're growing fast and looking for an ambitious recruiter to join our team. Responsibilities: full-cycle recruitment for international positions; interact with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues; use direct search methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals; interview, screen and evaluate candidates to identify ones who fully meet the position requirements; manage the process in our ATS; report on the current status of vacancies; get involved in various internal and external HR-related projects. Required experience: bachelor's or master's degree; 3 +years of recruitment experience; experience using social media recruiting tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter; excellent written and spoken English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a proactive and driven approach; people orientation and an active mindset. Would be a plus: international recruitment experience; knowledge of French/Chinese/Spanish.Похожие вакансии
