Position Overview:We’re looking for an experienced SEO Professional to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and analytics tracking. You’ll play a key role in improving our online visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and supporting the growth of all Blue Collar Scholars’ brands. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings. Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs. Perform regular site audits to identify technical issues and opportunities. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Collaborate with the content, web, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all platforms. Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and tools. Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience preferred Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools. Understanding of link-building strategies and local SEO best practices. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
