We are a dynamic and fast-growing fashion retail company building a strong creative brand with ambitious commercial goals. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (HRBP) who will become a true business partner to leadership and a driver of people strategy. This is not a purely operational HR role. We are seeking a professional who understands how to connect creative teams, retail operations, and business objectives into one coherent culture and performance system. Key Mission To build and sustain a culture of collaboration between creative, retail, and business functions — ensuring high performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. Responsibilities Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to top management and department heads Build and strengthen a culture of interaction between creative teams, retail stores, and business units Lead and optimize the full recruitment cycle (HQ & retail), ensuring strong employer branding and high-quality hires Develop and implement performance management systems (KPIs, evaluation cycles, feedback processes, development plans) Support retail leadership in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning Drive employee engagement, retention, and internal communication initiatives Advise management on organizational design, workforce effectiveness, and change management Ensure HR policies and processes are aligned with business strategy and retail dynamics Requirements 5+ years of experience in HR, including proven experience as an HRBP Strong background in fashion retail or retail industry Deep understanding of recruitment, retail operations, and performance management systems Experience working with creative teams is highly desirable Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent Russian and English We Are Looking For Someone Who: Thinks strategically but executes pragmatically Understands retail pace and commercial realities Can balance creativity and structure Builds trust across different functions Drives culture intentionally, not accidentallyПохожие вакансии
