Job opening: Performance Marketer Company: NDASupervisor: Head of Growth MarketingWork Format: Remote — Russia / Georgia / Armenia / Kazakhstan Self-Employed / Independent ContractorContract: 1 year with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs Main responsibilities: • Development and implementation of non-standard strategies for attracting users, aimed at bettors from Russia and the CIS countries, with a focus on sharp players, VIP users with high turnover and users focused on the value of odds. • Building and maintaining partnerships with affiliates specializing in arbitrage, tipsters, betting communities, crypto sites and forums on Telegram, Discord and other platforms. • Developing a local presence on social media using crypto and betting platforms, as well as guerrilla methods to circumvent the limitations of traditional advertising. • Search and collaborate with unofficial influencers, including VK, YouTube channels dedicated to gambling , Twitter/X accounts and media personalities on Telegram. • Organization and implementation of guerrilla promotions, community activations and loyalty programs to retain high-value traffic attracted through grey-market funnels. • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on conversion, LTV and ROAS metrics in collaboration with CRM and BI teams. • Analysis of local competitor activity, user trends and cryptocurrency adoption models to adjust acquisition strategies. • Minimizing the risks of bonus abuse and fraud at the user acquisition stage in collaboration with the Risk and Payments teams. • Preparing weekly reports on user acquisition performance, market insights and test campaign results. Skills and qualifications: • Deep understanding of non-standard methods of attracting players in limited or unregulated markets, as well as the principles of building attraction funnels through the main attraction channels. • Connections or practical experience interacting with influencers on Telegram and Discord, Russian arbitration networks and betting forums. • Ability to launch and scale user acquisition through social media and content channels for betting brands. • Creative thinking and a “hacker” approach, the ability to find and exploit market vulnerabilities. • Confident with crypto onboarding, including wallets, conversions and tokens. • Proficiency in UTM tracking tools, analytical platforms and affiliate software. • Excellent written and spoken Russian. Native Russian speaker required. Knowledge and experience: • At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing for bookmakers or high-risk verticals (cryptocurrencies, forex, betting, etc.). • Proven track record of growing user base through non-traditional marketing channels, particularly in grey markets in Russia and the CIS. • Deep understanding of user scenarios and the ability to build and control the client’s path up to the first deposit. • Experience working with high-volume arbitrage and value-betting affiliates. • Understanding the specifics of crypto adoption and user behavior in Russia and adjacent markets. • Knowledge of professional betting principles, low margin pricing models, VIP programs and the psychology of high rollers.Похожие вакансии
