Approve engineering documentation prior to mobilization Coordinate equipment readiness with Inventory, Warehouse, and Procurement Oversee commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation Ensure proper mobilization and demobilization procedures Quality Assurance & Compliance | Обеспечение качества и соблюдение нормативов Establish engineering quality standards Enforce health and safety protocols Ensure regulatory compliance for electrical and mechanical systems Team Leadership & Development | Руководство командой и развитие сотрудников Lead recruitment and workforce planning Conduct monthly technical training sessions Implement engineer–technician mentorship programs Set KPIs and evaluate team performance Foster innovation-driven culture Client & Stakeholder Engagement | Взаимодействие с клиентами и заинтересованными сторонами.
