Обязанности:
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce / Accounting or similar stream. At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in Procurement function preferably in Mining / Heavy Industry/ Oil&Gas / Construction. Knowledge of the database of Russian suppliers and contacts. Knowledge of Major Suppliers (International & Regional) of materials & engineering. equipment used for mining projects / processing plants / heavy industries. Knowledge of the region through experience working with other cultures and people. High ethical and professional standards of business conduct. Knowledge of 1C, Prism or similar ERP. Advanced knowledge of office MS-programs (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). English - advanced level. RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing and procurement of goods using acceptable procurement practices in a timely manner from the open market. Gathering of information about possible goods suppliers and service providers. Carrying out market researches on the goods suppliers and service providers. Comparative analysis of the bids, organization of technical and commercial evaluation of the bids. Reviewing and negotiating procurement/contractual terms and conditions for completeness and accuracy and achieving the best value. Liaison with other departments to determine requirements and obtain specifications on goods to be procured. Applying Procurement performance metrics in support of the overall Procurement strategy. Evaluation of improvement opportunities; Ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations and anti-corruption policy.
