Position: Accountant Company: Poison Drop Trading LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time About the Company Poison Drop Trading LLC is a dynamic and growing retail and e-commerce company engaged in fashion jewelry and accessories. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple financial and administrative tasks with precision. Key Responsibilities ❗️​​​​​​​Finance & Treasury Management Participate in annual budgeting and periodic financial planning processes, including preparation of forecasts and variance analysis. Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs. Organize, schedule, and execute supplier and service-provider payments in line with due dates. Participate in monthly Profit & Loss reports preparation and cash flow summaries for management review. Assist management in financial decision-making by providing analytical support and ad hoc financial reports. ❗️​​​​​​​Supplier Relations & Commercial Operations Prepare monthly consignment reports for suppliers for sales data from the ERP system. Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding settlements, reconciliations, and operational matters. Coordinate timely processing of supplier payments in accordance with agreed terms. Reconcile suppliers’ statement of account in collaboration with procurement teams. Support negotiations and commercial discussions by providing financial data when required. ❗️ Payroll & Internal Coordination Process monthly payroll and coordinate related banking submissions. Support HR documentation processes and coordinate with PRO for staff-related administrative matters. Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. ❗️ Administrative Support Support the team with extensions and renewals of existing contracts. Assist in coordinating documentation related to contracts and counterparties. Support of the sales team, including monitoring and processing acquiring reports in ERP system & cash refunds in the store. Monitor company communications and ensure timely follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably within the UAE. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage. Understanding of VAT and corporate tax regulations in the UAE. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English (Russian is an advantage). What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
