Requirements: Language: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher. Industry Experience: Proven background in a fast-paced niche: Logistics, Retail, Call Centers, Affiliate Marketing, or Performance Marketing. Global Scope: Hands-on experience managing talent processes for remote, multi-country teams. Builder Mentality: Experience building an HR function from scratch is a significant plus. Executive Partnership: Direct experience working with and advising company founders/C-level executives. Global Recruitment: Track record of successful international hiring, particularly for leadership roles. Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience influencing strategic decisions regarding people and talent. Key Responsibilities: Leadership Hiring: Full-cycle recruitment and vetting of CEO-level leaders for our GEO markets (targeting Ukrainian professionals and expatriates). Executive Selection: Participate in the final selection of local top-tier managers (e.g., Key Account Managers, Logistics Heads). CEO Onboarding: Design and execute a structured onboarding process for new GEO CEOs based on governance principles. Talent Management: Facilitate leadership rotations and transitions in coordination with HQ. Executive Coaching: Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with GEO CEOs to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and address early signals.
