Role Summary We are looking for a hands-on specialist who owns lead generation and visibility across UGC platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.) and local search channels (Google Business Profile, Yelp, directories). This role focuses on organic demand capture, community-driven traffic, and local visibility — not paid ads, not SMS campaigns, and not vanity social posting. You will work closely with SEO, web, and operations teams to turn high-intent conversations and local search exposure into qualified leads and measurable growth. Key Responsibilities UGC Platforms & Community Growth Actively work with UGC platforms: Reddit Quora Relevant forums and communities Identify high-intent threads, questions, and discussions Create or guide responses that drive traffic and leads naturally Avoid spammy or promotional behavior — value-first approach Track traffic and lead attribution from UGC sources Use AI tools to: Research threads and questions Draft response frameworks Scale content while keeping it human and compliant Local SEO & Google Business Profile Fully manage Google Business Profiles: Posts Q&A Reviews and responses Messaging (no SMS campaigns) Optimize profiles for: Visibility Calls Form submissions Track GBP leads and performance Work closely with SEO team on local strategies Yelp & Local Directories Manage and optimize listings on: Yelp Other relevant directories Monitor incoming leads and inquiries Evaluate lead quality and ROI Maintain consistent NAP and profile accuracy Lead Tracking & Reporting Ensure all leads from: UGC platforms Google Business Profile Yelp and directoriesare properly tracked and attributed Maintain clear reporting by source Flag issues like missed leads or low-quality channels Collaborate with ops and SEO to improve conversion paths AI & Automation (Non-SMS) Use AI tools to: Research UGC opportunities Speed up drafting and ideation Analyze performance and patterns Work with existing automations (or propose new ones) for: Lead tagging Source attribution Reporting No SMS marketing required or expected What We’re Looking For Must-Have Proven experience with Reddit, Quora, or similar UGC platforms Strong understanding of Local SEO Hands-on experience with: Google Business Profile Yelp Local directories Ability to think in terms of intent, not engagement Experience using AI tools in daily work Nice to Have SEO background Experience with service-based or local businesses Familiarity with analytics and attribution Experience scaling UGC without getting accounts flagged or bannedПохожие вакансии
