Your responsibilities will be: Prepare business process reports for management. Identify business process challenges by analyzing process data and metrics (AS IS/TO BE). Prepare functional requirements for IT reporting systems enhancements, prioritize backlog within the given budget, confirm technical requirements. Analyze operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements (project management). Being responsible for the management of business operations. Our requirements to this position are: Analyst background in senior position. In-depth understanding of data analysis and performance metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach. Education: Higher (technical, Maths, IT) English level: Upper-intermediate Program ownership: : Excel (advanced), Power Point (advanced). Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent communication skills.
