Обязанности:
Открыт поиск в иностранную компанию, которая специализируется на разработке, производстве и продвижении средств защиты растений и комплексных решений для сельского хозяйства. Организация работает на российском рынке, опираясь на собственные исследования, современные технологии и экспертизу в области растениеводства, помогая агропроизводителям повышать урожайность и устойчивость культур.Responsibilities: Coordination and implementation of products-related sales promotion programs; Providing training and technical support to new and existing customers; Organization of demonstration tests and coordination with the interested party; Providing specialized, pragmatic and effective advice to agribusiness clients based on successful strategies and value chain development models appropriate to the context of theregion; Participation in knowledge creation (demonstration trials, etc.), supply chain analysis, policy reviews, and other analytical support services related to the creation of competitive value chains of goods; Management and optimization of the registration portfolio in Russia and CIS; Search for new opportunities for registration and evaluation of recipes; Audit and evaluation of existing registrations; Analysis of promising recipes for registration; Product Development Planning (PDP); Develop and manage special projects as needed, including research assignments, presentations and project documents for marketing and communications, market entry and business development initiatives; Regular monitoring of competitors' activity. Experience: University degree in Agronomy or similar field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency; Place of residence: Moscow, Moscow Region; Availability for frequent business travel (around 70%); Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently; In-depth understanding of the Russian agrochemical market, regulatory landscape, and consumer behavior.
