Обязанности:

GAC Russia is looking for a CRM Manager who has proven experience in working with CRM & Lead Management Systems. Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end lead management system operations. Lead grading — assess potential customers' purchase intent levels. Monitor all stages of the sales funnel and eliminate bottlenecks, including: (1) Lead generation: attract potential customers' attention and encourage interaction with the brand, while tracking their dynamic behaviors. (2) Lead nurturing: assist in incubating warm and cold leads, address their concerns and objections, and persuade them to recognize the advantages of purchasing and the value of engaging with the brand. (3) Conversion to customers: develop effective proposals that motivate decision-making and drive purchasing actions. Statistical data analysis and tracking. Optimize end-to-end processes and refine strategies to minimize lead attrition and enhance LTO (Lead-to-Oder) sales conversion rates. Requirements: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in lead management/sales operations with proven success in managing a CRM system end-to-end. Hard skills:(1)Systems: Proficient in major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).(2)Data: Capable of independent analysis using relevant tools like SQL/BI,etc.(3)Process: Proven track record in funnel optimization and improving conversion rates from lead to sales. Core soft skill: Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills to drive collaboration among Sales, Marketing, and IT. Preferred: Background in automotive/B2B industries or dealer network management. Good command of English Conditions: Official employment according to the labour code of the RF.
