Обязанности:

StarDust is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce . We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, whose main task is to sell our products to different b2b clients in the FinTech Markets worldwide. What is to be done: To acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged; Maintain relationships with existing clients; Conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.) Achieve forecasted sales goals; Manage the sales pipeline and source leads; Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives; Be able to adequately demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers; Set a demo session with the potential customer to convert; Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc) and maintain the relationship; Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information; Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings; On-board customers and keep communication alive; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Our expectations from the candidate: Experience as a Head of sales for 2 years (or more); Understand the specifics of the industry; B2B sales experience required; Experience in the crypto/fintech industry; Experience with lead generation; Cold selling experience; Experience working with sales scripts; Bussines English C1.We offer: Official employment; Work format office / hybrid with a flexible start of the working day from 08:00 to 11:00; Competitive salary (according to your wishes and professional competencies); VHI, payment for meals, a discount on classes in a fitness club; Corporate English, participation in training/conferences, providing specialized literature (and not only in electronic form!); Ability to influence the final result and understand the business logic of products: we follow the principles of Agile; Bright and non-standard corporate events - where without them =)Submit your feedback!
