Обязанности:

Do you excel at building strong partnerships and navigating the dynamic world of payment solutions? Join UniversePAY as a Partnership Manager and be at the forefront of developing impactful collaborations while driving the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Partnership Development: Source and onboard new partners (banks, channels, service providers) to meet company needs. Negotiations: Secure contracts with favorable terms and compliance with regulations. Onboarding Management: Oversee onboarding processes, including KYC checks, technical integrations, and timely product launches. Problem Solving: Resolve partner-related issues, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure seamless collaboration. Bank Approvals: Communicate with banks to obtain approvals, address non-standard scenarios, and negotiate terms. Market Analysis: Conduct competitor benchmarking to enhance market positioning. Support: Assist marketing and sales teams with creating commercial offers and internal process documentation. ​​​​​​​Mandatory Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in partnership management or a related role. Languages: Proficiency in English and Russian (B2 or higher). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of payment processing flows, regulatory requirements, and financial KPIs. Leadership: Experience in supervising teams is a plus. Key Skills Communication: Excellent negotiation and verbal/written communication skills. Project Management: Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve issues effectively. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changing market needs and payment environments. Market Analysis: Evaluate trends to shape partnership strategies. Presentation Skills: Design and deliver impactful product presentations. Personal Qualities Persistence: Remain focused on achieving goals. Responsibility: Take ownership and ensure reliable task completion. Initiative: Proactively improve partnership strategies and terms. Creativity: Bring innovative ideas for product launches and partnerships. Perfectionism: Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality. Team Player: Collaborate effectively across teams. Working Conditions Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Riga time). Flexibility: Fully remote work with occasional business trips. Contract: Contractual agreement. Holidays: Weekends and Latvian public holidays off. Compensation and Benefits First 3 months: €1,200–€1,500. From the 4th month: €1,500–€2,000. Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses from the first month. Vacation: 1 month of paid vacation annually.
