ASSOCIATE - TAX LITIGATION TEAM Requirements: Degree in Law from a leading Kazakhstani or foreign university(LLM is a plus); 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a multinational company or law firm; Strong knowledge of Kazakhstani and AIFC legislation, including civil, business, and court procedures; Fluency in English; Ability to manage minor projects, including independent; correspondence with clients; Self-motivation and a strong analytical mindset. Responsibilities: Legal representation of clients in local courts, the AIFC Court, and arbitrations; Collaborating with senior and junior colleagues in project teams; Drafting legal opinions and other related documents.
