Axiom specializes in providing outstaffing and recruitment services for the IT, Back Office, Support, and Market Research industries. With a proven track record in establishing efficient remote communication channels and executing complex IT projects, we are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team. The specialist will work on a web and mobile application project designed for inventory management and tracking beverage stock levels in warehouses. The position is project-based, requiring up to 40 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role upon successful project completion. We frequently launch new projects, and outstanding performance on this project will open the door to long-term opportunities within our company. The ideal candidate should possess a strong proficiency in utilizing Figma, be adept at prototyping and animation, have a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and demonstrate expertise in adaptive design. This role involves working on diverse projects, requiring creativity, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities– Create visually appealing and user-friendly web and mobile application designs for inventory management and stock tracking.– Utilize Figma to conceptualize, design, and prototype website and mobile interfaces.– Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes using adaptive design techniques.– Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design and UX/UI. Requirements– 3+ years proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.– Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.– Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.– Ability to create prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.– Experience with animation and interactive design elements.– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.– Fluent in English.
