We are an international HR agency and now we are seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee operational processes and coordinate projects in our internal team, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of our company. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the company’s operational processes; Implement and configure internal CRM systems; Oversee projects in marketing and the development of a new B2C product; Monitor financial accounting and budget operational expenses; Organize and coordinate internal and external projects, such as charity initiatives, round tables, and university presentations, etc.; Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in business processes; Coordinate with the team, ensuring effective collaboration between departments; Develop and implement regulations to improve the company’s operational efficiency; Prepare analytical reports for management and visualize key performance indicators. Requirements: Higher education (Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields); Fluent English (written and spoken). Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus; 3–5 years of experience managing operational processes and projects; Project management skills (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall); Experience in optimizing business processes (e.g., through Lean or Six Sigma). Experience with CRM systems and project management tools; Leadership and communication skills; Flexibility and the ability to prioritize tasks; Proficiency with project management and automation tools.
